Pierre is a litigator focused on anticipating problems before they materialize, and finding pragmatic solutions to his clients’ legal issues. A firm believer in using preparation and creativity as tools of persuasion, Pierre will push your case forward in the manner that best aligns with your objectives, while ensuring that your rights are respected. Whether it requires negotiation, fierce litigation, or another creative solution, no challenge is too daunting.
Before founding PNL Advocacy, Pierre worked at a firm in Toronto specializing in union-side labour and employment law. Prior to moving to Toronto, Pierre practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Ottawa, where he specialized in employment law and civil litigation.
Pierre began his career at two national firms in Vancouver and Ottawa, where he worked on a complex constitutional challenge on access to french-language education in British Columbia, and prepared appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. He also served as law clerk to Justice Mary Gleason at the Federal Court of Appeal, where he worked on matters of national importance while developing his aptitude for administrative law.
Pierre completed his undergraduate studies in political science and global studies at the University of Ottawa in 2010. He completed his B.C.L. (civil law) and LL.B. (common law) degrees from the McGill University Faculty of Law in 2014, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015.
Pierre represents his clients in French and English. He is also proficient in Spanish and can converse in Portuguese.
